FOUR COMPANIES THAT SUPPORT THE LGBTQ+ COMMUNITY
ORIGINALLY POSTED ON LEVEL21
In 2017, the LGBTQ+ community saw many victories. From Queer Eye getting a reboot, Adam Rippon made history as the first openly gay male athlete to qualify for a Winter Olympics, Love, Simon became the first film by a major Hollywood studio to focus on gay teen romance, and Brooklyn Nine-Nine was resurrected by NBC just one day after Fox announced the cancellation of the show. In addition, companies have started to launch new initiatives to support the cause or to re-promote LGBTQ+ supporting projects they're already involved with. Essential to you, these six skincare, fragrance, and wellness companies deserve your attention. Read on to discover four cool companies that give back to the LGBTQ+ community.

Every time a full-priced item is purchased, Wild Fang will donate a percentage to a list of rotating charities primarily aimed at helping women, particularly women of color and LGBTQ women.
On Wild Fang's website, it states, "We walk the walk, giving back $400K and counting this year. In 2017, we helped raise over $75,000 for charities including Planned Parenthood, the ACLU, Joyful Heart, and the Tegan and Sara Foundation. In February 2018 alone, we raised over $100,000 to help save the last abortion clinic in South Dakota, and in June 2018, we raised over $250,000 for RAICES with our "I Care" collection. Additionally, a percentage of all full price goods across our entire site go directly to a rotating monthly charity".
On ONEHOPE'S website, they state, "Eight friends founded ONEHOPE with a lofty vision: to create exceptional products that inspire people to indulge while doing good. Our commitment to quality wine is as important as our commitment to the causes we support. To date, we have made more than $3 million in donations, provided 46,000 people with global health care, 49,000 forever homes for shelter animals, 1.8 million meals for children, 163,000 life-saving vaccines, and much more. We are proud of the impact we've made and grateful to our supporters who allow us to continue. If you have ever purchased ONEHOPE products or even told our story, you're part of something bigger than a brand. You're part of a movement to make giving back part of what you do every day".
ONEHOPE has a California Brut Sparkling Wine Rainbow Glitter Edition, which funds 1 hour of operational costs for The Trevor Project for every four bottles.
